Join us as we venture into the Sight & Sound Theater to watch their theatrical presentation of DAVID.

Lunch and Show - $119.00 per person

Bus Transportation, Lunch and Show - $149.00 per person

Deadline for making payment for a reservation is June 1st at 12:00 pm (midnight).

If you are planning on taking the bus, please indicate your bus meetup location (Jireh Place

in Bowie or Hunt Valley Park & Ride)

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT ITEMS:

BUS TRANSPORTATION:

If leaving from Jireh Place (3121 Trinity Dr, Bowie, MD 20715), please meet in the parking lot no later than 8:45am as the bus will leave at 9:00am.

If leaving from Hunt Valley Park & Ride/Light Rail Station (in front of Hunt Valley Town Center, 118 Shawan Road, Cockeysville, MD), please meet in the park and ride no later than 10:00am as the bus will leave at approx. 10:15am.

LUNCH:

If you are not traveling on the bus, please meet up in the lobby at the Hershey Farm Restaurant (240 Hartman Bridge Rd, Ronks, PA 17572) by 11:45am to receive your lunch ticket.

We have reserved a private room under Singlefaith for their Grand Smorgasbord.  There are a TON of food options (https://www.hersheyfarm.com/the-restaurant/grand-smorgasbord/) There is a service charge built into our group fee for lunch, optionally, you may leave an additional cash tip on the table for our service staff.

SIGHT & SOUND:

Our seats at Sight & Sound will be confirmed AFTER June 1st.  Sight & Sound will NOT confirm seating for group reservation until all the tickets are paid for.  An email to attendees will be sent once seating is confirmed.

We need to be in the lobby of Sight & Sound no later than 2:15pm to be seated.  The doors close at 3:00pm for the show and if you are not seated by then, you will not be allowed in the theater until intermission.

MISCELLANEOUS NOTES:

If you are coming on the bus, it is suggested you bring some sustenance (water, juice, granola bars, etc.) for the ride in case you become hungry on the way or have medical needs where you need to eat at certain times.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel your entire reservation on or before June 13, you will receive a full refund minus a $10.00 processing fee per ticket.  

Cancellations received after June 14 will be handled on a case-by-case basis but we would prefer if you find another person to take your place.
